Do you work with villa managers and property managers?
Yes — a large part of villa work on Koh Samui comes through managers rather than owners. We report progress with photos, work to handover deadlines, and can coordinate access with your staff so the owner never has to be on the island.
Can you repaint a villa between rental bookings?

Do you paint high walls and double-height living rooms?
Yes. We bring proper ladders and scaffolding for double-height spaces, stairwells and exterior gables. Height work is planned into the quote — it's never a surprise extra on the invoice.
